Lunars Camp, A Celestial Circus offering elevated experiences at Burning Man and beyond
The Origin
Lunars was conceived in 2022 during a magical hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia, Turkey, where 16 of us organized an unforgettable party in the sky with a DJ set and realized this was the gift we wanted to bring to the playa.
2023
The Playa Awakens
Lunars first landed at Burning Man as an experiment in the desert, one that quickly became far greater than we ever imagined.
2024
Expansion
We rose to the occasion of our Esplanade placement on playa. We also began expanding the experience beyond the desert beginning in France, the birthplace of the hot air balloon.
2025
Beyond Horizons
Our constellation grew new coordinates, landing us at Zona Maco in Mexico, where we created three simultaneous celebrations in the sky over the ancient pyramids.
2026+
New Dawn
The journey continues with the same sky-bound spirit, a sharper name, a deeper intention. What comes next is written together.
